Sarah designs and develops Atlas AI's machine learning models that tackle questions surrounding poverty and economic development. A recent graduate of Stanford University, Sarah holds a Masters of Science in Computer Science with a specialization in Artificial Intelligence. While at Stanford, she worked as a Graduate Course Assistant for one of Stanford’s most popular machine learning courses, CS230 Deep Learning. She also worked as a Research Assistant in Stanford’s Sustainability and Artificial Intelligence Lab, where she investigated the benefit of utilizing satellite imagery to monitor air pollution in areas across the United States lacking on-the-ground monitoring stations. Prior to attending Stanford, she completed her Bachelors in Mathematics and Computer Science at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
